You can create professional Landlord Gas Safety Records (CP12), Maintenance forms, Jobsheets, Warning Notices, Breakdown Reports and Non-Domestic documents. Installation Commissioning, Oil CD10, Oil CD11, Legionella Risk Assessment and more.

• Invoicing
Get paid quickly with the built-in invoice tool. Create invoices, then print or email to the customer. No more waiting for payment, no more stamps, no more lost cheques.

• Estimates and Quotes
Create estimates and quotes for you customers from the App. Select from previous stock items or create ad-hoc new items. You can even copy the Estimate/Quote over to an invoice to save time.

• Purchase Orders
Send your suppliers a purchase order.

• Track Expenses
Keep track of your expenses on the go. It will cut down on sorting receipts for the Tax Return and your accountant will love it too.

• Record Mileage
Log down your mileage as you go. At the end of the year you will need this for your accountant. It could save you a small fortune!

Email any of the gas forms, invoices or reminder letters from the app to your customer. You can even email the same documents to yourself with an “Always CC” setting in the app.

• Printing
Print any of the gas forms, invoices, reminder letters or expense records from the app to an AirPrint printer.

• Dropbox integration
We have integrated with Dropbox, so you can upload all your documents to dropbox and access these on your computer. This feature works well if you want to batch print on your office computer.
